Your Own Press Record

A group works for most people. But some people need more than that: a coach who's only looking at their show, their niche, their specific reason for not hitting record yet.

Press Record: 1:1 is the same six-week program, restructured around one weekly call, just the two of you, instead of a cohort.

Book 1 on 1 weekly session at your convenience

Press Record: 1 on 1 Coaching is the same 6-week framework that's helped therapists, coaches, and practitioners go from "I've been meaning to start a podcast" to actually publishing one. But this is the personalized version. There is a direct guidance on your show, your niche, and your particular block.

Who This Is For

1 on 1 Coaching Tends to Best Fit if:

  • You want direct feedback on your actual content and voice every week, not a group discussion you have to find your moment in.

  • You'd rather spend that weekly hour one-on-one with a coach than in a room full of other people, even if you're glad to show up on a schedule.

  • Your work doesn't sit neatly in a "therapist or coach" bucket, and a room full of people in that world isn't where you'd get the most out of the six weeks, but you still want the same structured path.

  • You've read enough, planned enough, and researched enough. What's missing is someone applying all of it to your exact situation, week by week.

what's inside

Everything from the six-week framework plus 1 on 1 personalized coaching:

Everything from the six-week framework, restructured so you can move through it at your own pace:

Week 1 – Foundational Setup & Format

Nail down why you're making this show and what shape it should take, without spending three months deciding.

Week 2 – Presence and Visual Alignment

Whether you're on camera or audio-only, find a way of presenting that doesn't feel like a performance.

Week 3 – Setup Essentials

Create a space that feels safe, grounded, and doable.

Week 4 – Demystifying Recording
Move from planning to doing: record and edit an actual episode, start to finish.

Week 5 – Podcasting with Consistent Voice and System

Design a workflow that survives contact with your real schedule and not just launch week enthusiasm.

Week 6 – Publishing Your Podcast

Go live on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, with a plan for what comes next.

What Coaching Looks Like

We start where you actually are.

Half a plan, a list of guest ideas, a vague sense that a certain format is right. That's the starting material.

Feedback on your specific voice and niche.

An expert guidance shaped by what you're actually trying to say and who's actually meant to hear it.

Direct work on what's actually stalling you.

The block usually isn't about the equipment. Coaching goes straight at whatever the real hesitation is, because a one-size framework can't always reach it.

A plan built for your real life.

One hour a week scheduled for something that accounts for how much time and energy you actually have.

Everything from the toolkit, tailored to your show:

  • Equipment guide, narrowed to what you specifically need

  • AI toolkit set up around your niche and voice

  • Canva templates as a starting point for your brand

  • Access to the private community

  • Extra trainings on camera presence, AI headshots, teleprompter use, and visibility anxiety

How Sessions Work

Six weeks, six sessions

One call a week with me, working through the same territory as the group program: clarifying your format, finding your on-mic presence, setting up your space, recording your first episode, building a system, and publishing.

Same structure, same timeline, but every week it's just you and me going deep on your specific show instead of splitting attention across a cohort.

Coaching built entirely around your specific podcast.

You don't need another framework to apply on your own. You need someone looking at your actual show and telling you what's next.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the actual difference between this and the self-paced course?

Self-paced gives you the framework to apply yourself, without the live calls and cohort.

1:1 coaching applies it directly to your show, your niche, your voice, and your version of "I've been meaning to." I will exclusively guide you every week until you finally launch on the 6th week.

I am not a therapist or coach. Will this still work for me?

Yes.

It was built by me, a therapist and a coach, but 1:1 coaching in particular was designed for people whose work falls outside that specific world and people who wants guidance that isn't shaped around a cohort of therapists and coaches. Still, you can definitely join the cohort if you'd like to.

Do I need my format or niche decided before booking?

Not really.

That's often part of the first session, not something you need to arrive with already solved.

Is this a set number of sessions or ongoing?

Six sessions, one per week, for six weeks. This matches the same timeline as the group cohort. But each session is private, just you and me.

Why would I pay more than the self-paced course?

If you already know you learn better with direct feedback than on your own, or your niche is specific enough that general advice tends to miss, the price difference usually pays for itself.

If you're unsure, self-paced is the lower-risk place to start. You can upgrade if you feel like you'd need personalized coaching.
